Refund & Cancellation Policy At Ugma, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
- Order Cancellation Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@ugma.in.
- No Refund After Delivery Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, we do not offer refunds or returns once the product has been delivered. Please ensure that you review the product details carefully before placing your order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Product If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with: Order ID Images/videos of the product and packaging After verification, we may provide a replacement at our discretion.
- Refund Processing If a refund is approved in exceptional cases, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
